What clothing is best?
It is best to keep clothing simple. Solid colors will harmonize better
and cool colors such as blue, green, gray, and black, let your faces dominate in the
photograph. For a family or group photograph session, all the garments should blend
together and clothing should be comfortable for all members. Avoid clothing
containing pronounced plaids, stripes, bold prints or patterns, or vivid
colors. They distract from your photograph; you, your family or group are the stars of the show.
You can bring other outfits with you to change into to capture that special picture. We
allow time for change of outfits.
What else can I bring?
You may, of course, bring anything you like that will bring out your
personality. Try not to bring too much because we want the focus to be on your, your
family or group. Too many items only lead to distraction.
But if you want a photograph with a particular item, bring it
along and we will find a creative way to include it in one or more
portraits.
If you plan to bring your pet to be in the portrait, make sure the pet is groomed and
bring a lead or other appropriate restraints with you to your photo session.

How long are the sessions?
Sessions last anywhere from thirty minutes to an hour. But, we'll take whatever
time is necessary to ensure you have numerous quality portraits from which to select.
When will the proofs be ready?
Proofs are generally ready one to two days after the portrait session.
We post proofs into a private gallery on our web site so that you can
review the portraits at your leisure and in the comfort of your home or office.
Another benefit of the private gallery is that you may (if you wish) share the login
information with friends and relatives so that they can view the portraits online
as well.
Can we order more prints?
If you don't see a package or print definition that meets your needs from the
online gallery, you may call us at (509) 465-1641 and we will gladly assist you. It generally
takes one or two days to complete a print order.
What if I need to change my appointment?
No problem! Simply call us at your earliest convenience to let us know about the change.
We will work with you to find the next appointment opportunity that fits with your schedule.
If you must cancel, we request that you try to give us at least two days notice.
Can I substitute different prints or portrait sessions in the package?
We do not allow substitutions within the special print packages. But, if you have a specific request or
requirement, let us know and we will work with you to satisfy your need.
