We are a secure internet merchant site. We utilize secure data encryption to protect and process transactions.

Credit card information is not stored on our servers longer than is required to complete an order. Once payment is received, all credit card information is deleted. In addition, we will never share any of your information with anyone else.

We offer a variety of shipping options for your order. All orders are carefully packed and inspected prior to shipment to help ensure your order will arrive without problems regardless of which shipping method you select.

UPS - United Parcel Service

We offer UPS as our shipping carrier for most orders. Packages may be shipped via Ground, 3 day, 2 day or next day air. You may select the shipping option that best fits your requirements during checkout.

  • UPS will NOT deliver to PO Boxes (this option is only available via USPS)
     

  • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS 2 Day or UPS Next day services.  Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery.
     

  • A signature may be required for UPS shipments upon receipt.

USPS - United States Postal Service

For some smaller packages we provide the option of shipping via the US Postal Service. If your package qualifies for shipment via the Postal Service then USPS will appear as a shipping option during checkout.

  • Shipments to PO Boxes can only be made via USPS.
     

  • We ship most items via First Class or Priority Mail (if the order weighs more than 13 oz.). Please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery.

Truck Delivery

It is rare, but on occasion we may only be able to ship an extremely large or heavy item via common carrier. We will contact you if your order is subject to this delivery method (it would be a rare order, indeed). Orders shipped via common carrier take up to 14 business days for delivery.

Shipping Rules and Policies

  • We ship most orders within one or two business days. Large or complex orders or orders involving custom artworks may take longer. Should we be unable to ship your product within two business days we will contact you regarding any delays.  You will not be charged for your order until your order has shipped.
     

  • We take great care to package our products so that you'll receive them in the same pristine condition as when they were shipped. Ample packing materials and corner supports are used to ensure there is little chance for damage during shipment. Of course, problems can occur with any shipment, so if you experience problems please let the shipper know immediately so that they can address your claim
     

  • For US Customers we will ship orders to your residence, place of business or to another residential address.
     

  • We cannot ship orders to hotels, motels, resorts, or UPS locations.
     

  • Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.
     

  • We will provide an email with tracking information for orders shipped via UPS.
     

  • Shipping charges are computed based upon the parcel weight, overall size, and destination. Some orders may be shipped in multiple parcels. The shipping option selected will include the price of the shipping and handling, regardless of the number of parcels required.
     

  •  Packages that arrive in damaged condition should be immediately inspected. Any damage must be presented to the shipping carrier for claim resolution.

Specific shipping and handling costs are normally quoted when you purchase one or more items. The price for each shipping option is provided so that you can make an informed shipping method selection.
