All images on the Munson Photographic web site are available only via license agreement. Images may be obtained under Royalty Free, Flat Rate, or Rights Managed license agreements ( please review our License Types). We also allow downloading of Comp Images under a separate license agreement. Each license agreement defines specific rights and limitations with respect to using our images. Please take some time to review the various types of licensing options we offer.

We allow the vast majority of our images to be licensed online. When an online license agreement has been executed and full payment has been received (Comp images are provided without cost after completing a license agreement) we allow the selected image to be downloaded from our web site. Once an image has been downloaded the license agreement is in full force and usage of the image will be limited to the terms and conditions of the license agreement. No rights of any kind are granted to or for use of an image without a valid license agreement.

Since our license agreements require clear identification of the party that obtains the license, we can only authorize online licensing and image downloading for individuals or organizations who have previously registered in our Stock Membership program. Registration is easy and provides substantial benefit for those who are serious about finding quality stock images.
