Photographic Cards Overview

Our Photographic Cards consist of a four-sided note card measuring approximately 5 1/8" by 7 1/4", an attached true photographic print, and a matching quality paper envelope. Each photographic card is also individually packaged in a clear plastic enclosure so the card and its envelope stay clean and dry until you wish to use them. Whether you buy cards individually or in pre-packaged sets, each card you purchase will include the matching envelope, a fine art photograph, and the protective plastic enclosure.

Photographic cards can be purchased either individually or in pre-packaged sets. The pre-packaged sets combine our most popular cards into related groups that are offered at a discounted price. You may also order photographic cards individually if you wish. And of course, you may mix and match; buying some photographic card sets and then augmenting them with some individual photographic cards.

The edges of our cards are embossed with a decorative scroll pattern that surrounds your selected 4x6 print. The inside of the card is left blank so you can provide your own personalized message. The inside of the card provides a space slightly larger than 7"x10" in which to write your message, thank you, or greeting. The back of the card is also available, with the exception of some required copyright information, should you need additional room for your message.
	At left is an example of the matching paper envelope, employing a distinctive ragged edge sealing flap to lend a sense of elegance to your note. This distinctive envelope is included with each photographic card. Each envelope and photographic card are then placed into individually sealed plastic enclosures to protect them from dust, smudges, and moisture until you are prepared to use them. While these enclosures are not waterproof, they should adequately protect your cards from accidental coffee spills, ink marks, and inadvertent smudges.
A photographic card and its accompanying envelope are shown packaged into the protective plastic enclosure at right. The protective plastic enclosure is actually a plastic envelope into which the photographic card and mailing envelope are placed. The sealing flap on the plastic enclosure then is closed to provide protection of the card and mailing envelope. The card stays safely within its see-through protective enclosure until you are ready to personalize it and drop it in the mail. Another benefit of this enclosure is that you can readily select the ideal image to use for a note without having to unseal and open the card. The image is plainly in view through the clear plastic protector.
